The ultimate goal of juicing is to preserve as much of the nutrients, living enzymes and soluble fiber as possible. This is the good stuff. Soluble fiber is important in stabilizing blood sugar levels, lowering cholesterol, and promoting a healthy gut. Drinking juice allows your body to absorb nutrients without overwhelming your system with large amounts of indigestible fiber.

The juices currently sold on grocery store shelves are made in a process called "high-temperature, short-time pasteurization," also known as flash pasteurization.  Only cold-pressed juicing offers the full benefits of fruits and vegetables in a bottle. Juice is heated to 180 degrees during the pasteurization process.  Although this process extends shelf life, it destroys the majority of the nutrients, vitamins and enzymes naturally found in fruits and vegetables. What's left is sugar and water. Our cold-pressed juice is 100% raw all natural juice.

Our wellness shots are each 2oz portions of concentrated superfoods. Ginger and Turmeric, the active ingredients in each of our immunity shots are a powerful anti-inflammatory and antioxidant.

Our juicer is loving known as "Big Jo" around town. Our cold-pressed juicer has a hydraulic press that uses thousands of pounds of pressure to extract the maximum amount of nutrients from fresh fruits and vegetables. The "cold" in cold-pressed refers to the lack of heat used during the juicing and preservation process, resulting in superior nutritional value and flavor. Our cold-pressed juices have significantly more vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and digestive enzymes compared to traditional juicers.
